Children’s Hospital of Georgia is the only children’s hospital outside of Atlanta that provides specialized care for kids. WRDW has partnered with Children’s to share some of the miracles that happen there every day in a monthly series called Miracle Mondays.
The series will air the first Monday of every month at 6 p.m.
The August Miracle is Phillip Kenny, 3, who was born prematurely with a major heart condition that required several surgeries, including open heart surgery when he was 8 months old.
