Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home has received Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2023 Customer Experience Award in each of the 16 survey categories.
This is the seventh time in nine years Georgia War has received this award, and places Georgia War in the top 15 percentile nationwide.
The award reflects the satisfaction of the residents and their families based on interviews conducted by Pinnacle over the past 12 months. Participants were interviewed about several aspects of their received services.
From those interviews Georgia War qualified for the Pinnacle Customer Service Award in the following service areas: Overall Satisfaction, Nursing Care, Dining Service, Quality of Food, Cleanliness, Individual Needs, Laundry Service, Communication from Facility, Response to Problems, Dignity and Respect, Recommend to Others, Activities, Professional Therapy Services, Admission Process, Safety and Security, Overall Customer Experience
“This is an exceptional achievement and another “Big Finish” for Georgia War. Please know that this achievement serves as validation of your continued efforts and commitment to providing excellent care to our nation’s heroes,” Director Carlton Deese wrote in an email to employees.
Pinnacle is a customer satisfaction measurement firm that conducts more than 150,000 surveys each year. They work with more than 2,500 care providers in 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico.
