Holistic Grief Support Group provides support in person and virtually

The Holistic Grief Support Group meets every Monday to offer emotional, social, spiritual, psychological and practical support for caregivers, patients, family members, students and employees. This support is is especially important during times of loss or crisis.

Anyone dealing with grief, crisis or loss is invited to attend. Participants will develop an deeper  understanding of grief, develop coping skills, learn to practice self-care and acceptance and more.

Meetings are held in person from noon to 1 p.m. every Monday in the second floor conference room at the Ronald McDonald House, 1442 Harper St., and virtually from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. on the last Thursday of every month.
