Did you plan for your career to take the path it has? No, I did not but am so glad that it did! I worked in HR, then moved into this role. Started in IT at AU. My background in IT helped me get the position in HR.
To what do you attribute your success in your field? Work ethic, the way I treat people, and loving my job.
What is one thing you have learned along the way? Always be kind and do your best.
What has made you want to stay at AU Health? I love the people I work with.
What advice would you have for someone starting in a role similar to your first one? Work hard, everyone is a priority, and always do the right thing.
